About us
meta-fusion GmbH is a service provider for multi-media and Internet applications. This enterprise, which is based in Cologne and specialises in Internet video (streaming media) presentations, offers companies and institutions media plans for their internal and external communications that work superbly.
meta-fusion has made its name as one of Europe’s leading companies in recording and editing conventions with major international productions for meetings on environmental politics and for EU meetings.
meta-fusion’s field ranges from communications for governmental institutions, via public relations work for socio-political organisations, right through to conventional PR for companies.
In the last years meta-fusion has webcasts more than 2500 presentations and 100 press conferences at workshops and conventions. Additonal we have produced more than 400 interviews at events.
Philosophy
The deployment of streaming media is very challenging in technical and editorial terms. The focus is on the benefits to be obtained from planning, from efficient development, and from the greatest possible security in transmission. meta-fusion uses its own management tools to manage its user-friendly Internet video presentations, and ensures that individual project requirements are implemented as required by working very closely with well known providers, agencies and service organisations.
History
Our team has been working with streaming media since 1998, involving its commitment to the “eitv” project in the fields of photo-engineering and media technology at University of Applied Sciences Cologne. As a result of undertaking professional streaming projects while studying (including at UNO’s World Climate Summit in 1999) the know-how emerged for the formation of meta-fusion GmbH in 2000.

meta-fusion is member of German Convention Büro (GCB) and Kölner Internet Union (Association of Internet Service Provider in Cologne).
Research institutions
meta-fusion cooperates with the University of Applied Sciences Cologne, where we have advised five diploma thesis concerning streaming media content management tools and video production.
