You can publish all videos in the smart video library. However, we strongly recommend that you ensure good quality when recording. Avoid mobile phone videos with distorted lecture slides, for example.
Please make sure that you own the rights to the videos and that you are allowed to publish them.

If the speaker is to be shown side-by-side with their presentation in the player, we require the videos to be combined accordingly. If this is not the case, the two videos can either be published separately or combined by us on request for a fee.
Please provide videos that have already been fully edited. Apart from cleaning up the start and end points, no further video editing will be performed.
No. We take what you already have and import the videos as they are, converting them to the correct format if necessary. The metadata can also be submitted in any format, as long as it is digital (Excel, PDF, Word, Plaintext etc.). Just make sure that the videos are clearly assigned to the meta information.
Of course. Upon request, the included lectures can be converted into individual videos.
The »smart video library« comes with a clean, standard design right out of the box. But if you want it to blend in better with your site’s look, there are a few simple options to customise the style. These are totally optional, but handy if you’re after a more seamless appearance.

After completing your order, you will receive an email with access to our upload system. Alternatively, you can simply send us your data using your preferred file transfer or cloud sharing service like WeTransfer, Dropbox etc.
For each library item, we require at least a title and, if applicable, the name(s) of the speaker(s). In addition, the recording date and time can be specified, and optional keywords can be added for later filtering.
